As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) with Yoga Alliance and a certified instructor in Children’s Yoga and Mindfulness, I specialize in creating practices that are welcoming and effective for all. My approach is grounded in safety, compassion, and connection, whether I’m leading a calming Gentle Flow class, guiding restorative Yin Yoga, or sparking joy in Family Yoga sessions. I’m especially passionate about helping parents, teachers, and caregivers integrate mindfulness and movement into their lives and communities, creating opportunities for growth and connection. I have been taking classes with Taylor for a long time. She initiated a chair yoga class that attracted many students including myself. Yeah! I have also taken her general hatha yoga classes and still do. She gets to know all the students' abilities and teaches accordingly. Taylor incorporates many traditional yoga poses as well and provides props as needed. 


Along with being accommodating and caring she is very professional and focused. I have taken yoga courses with many different facilitators and Taylor is definitely one on the top of my list!
